I highly do not recommend this seller! Mr. Kulak sold me this car. I came from Prague to buy the vehicle from them. The manager was extremely friendly and showed me the car, but the test drive was only allowed within the city limits. I decided to purchase the car. When I started driving home, the car began to shake on the highway, and during braking I could feel a jolt coming from the rear suspension. It was already the end of the working day, so I did not return to the dealership. I decided to continue home, and the next day I booked an appointment at a car service center. I informed Mr. Kulak about the issue, and he said he was sorry and asked me to keep them updated. The diagnostics showed that the rear differential was broken. I repaired everything using used spare parts, and the total repair cost came to €1,700. I showed all the photos to Mr. Kulak, and he replied that he would discuss it with his boss. After that, he started ignoring me. Eventually, I managed to reach him by phone, and Mr. Kulak told me that these were my problems and that they would not reimburse anything.

It was right choice. Everything was correct: comunication with staff,quick answers and negotiations. But at first car:Price and factual condition as described. We realized business quickly and I'm very glad of it. It was pleasure do business with you.

Again a bad experience with a car dealer... If you're a stranger, first, you need to got a LOT of patience... They can't speak with you in english by phone, only answer to email and you will never have details about the car. So first, I asked about the interior, exterior, engine conditions... and only a "everything is good, don't worry". I'm french, so I have to travel by plane to Berlin. I asked them if they can pick me at the airport (only 15 min of driving), they answered that they are only 2 person and can't have time for me. So I came a saturday, the cars are outdoor and there is a tiny desk. I saw two guys doing nothing and don't offer coffee or something but they know that I have to drive minimum 7hours to come back in France... They presented me the car... Exterior condition : side miror doesn't work completely and need fresh paint. Little scare on the front bumper. The hood can't open, so I can't check anything and they promise me that was not like that before, maybe the snow... Interior condition : the leather needs a good clean and the document holder is broken. I asked them to put the car in french, they can't do it, it took me 5min with a german translator... Hopeful

I just bought a car from this dealership and i must admit i am not disappointed. I only saw the car on mobile.de and bought it without having anyone to check it. i know this is not a good practice but it was the only way. Fortunately i was lucky enough to buy a very good car that i really enjoy. it has a couple of minor esthetical faults that i wished i knew about, but nothing big. Mechanically and esthetical the car is in an excellent condition .Many thanks to Kulak who helped me and always replied to my messages and phone calls.

Dear ASB Team, Thank you for your hospitality and rightness. We bought from you a BMW 730 from 2016 and the condition of the car is perfect as you described even if, we bought it without saw it due the Pandemic situation (we are from Romania).
