We were very excited to buy our car from this handler and in the early years we were very pleased with all our overall experience. That unfortunately changed in the last three years. I cannot complain for the mechanics, they are very competent and the vast majority very polite and pleasant, but this is were it stops. The services were increasingly expensive, which to a point I can understand but only to a certain degree. The communication is a somewhat issue, but I can also overlook this but what I find unpleasant and in the end made me change to another garage was the attitude from the ladies in the front desk. I refuse to pay more money to a handler that allowes the front desk to make the customer feel unwanted, or getting irritated by their questions. Overall you maybe have a different experience, but I would not be revisiting or recommending them.

I needed a green sticker for a French car and don't speak German and the lady that sorted this out for me was extremely helpful. I would recommend this dealership. Thank you for your help

Very friendly staff! Super service. Got helped by an intern or an "Azubi" who was exceptionally friendly! Would bring my private car here as well.
