Inkompetent, unfreundlich, mangelhafte Leistung. Minus 1 wenn es möglich wäre. Timeline – Werkstattfall Citroën C3 Aircross Tag 1 – 23.09.2025 Motorstörung („Motorfehler“) tritt auf. Fahrzeug wird per Abschleppdienst zur Citroën-Werkstatt gebracht. Tag 2 – 24.09.2025 Werkstatt meldet: Diagnose durchgeführt, „alles in Ordnung“. Fahrzeug abgeholt. Tag 3 – 25.09.2025 Nach ca. 10 km Fahrt wieder „Motorfehler“. Werkstatt informiert, erneuter Werkstattbesuch vereinbart, obwohl erst wurde von dem Herr Rene Gutsche gesagt „Wir haben es doch gestern repariert, es soll keine Anzeige mehr geben“. Fahrzeug beginnt zu zittern, ungewöhnliche Geräusche → wieder Abschleppdienst. Das Auto ist in der Werkstatt. Werkstatt ruft nach zwei Stunden an: „Schlauch war abgegangen, repariert“. Mangel an der geleisteten Reparatur an dem Tag davor. Fahrzeug abgeholt. !!! Ich bitte alle eine andere Rezension von Bi Anka mit Peugeot zu checken - das gleiche passiert. Tag 3 (später) 25.09.2025 Nach ca. 2 km erneut „Motorfehler“. Telefonat mit Werkstatt: „Wir haben schon Feierabend (14 Uhr)“. Fahrzeug erneut in Werkstatt gebracht und dort gelassen für die weitere Untersuchung an dem nächsten Tag. Tag 4 – 26.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Leider kann ich das Autohaus Automobile AHF nicht empfehlen. Mein Fahrzeug, was ich dort im August 2025 gekauft habe, musste bereits am 24.03.2026 aufgrund von Auffälligkeiten im Kühlsystem abgeschleppt werden (Citroen SpaceTourer). Trotz mehrfacher Untersuchungen durch die Vertragswerkstatt konnte über Wochen keine Ursache festgestellt werden. Statt einer nachhaltigen Reparatur wurde mir mehrfach empfohlen, das Fahrzeug weiterzufahren bzw. eine längere Probefahrt durchzuführen, obwohl Kühlmittelverlust, Verunreinigungen im Ausgleichsbehälter und weitere Auffälligkeiten dokumentiert waren. Ich habe dem Autohaus zweimal Fristen zur Nacherfüllung gesetzt. Beide Fristen verstrichen, ohne dass eine erfolgreiche Reparatur durchgeführt wurde. Statt dessen wurde seitens der Automobile AHF sofort eine Anwaltskanzlei beauftragt!Erst nachdem Citroën Deutschland eingeschaltet wurde, wurde mein Fahrzeug in die Citroën-Niederlassung am Weißenseer Weg transportiert. Dort wurde nach erneuter Diagnose schließlich das EGR-/AGR-Modul einschließlich Dichtungen im Rahmen der Garantie ersetzt. Damit wurde erstmals eine technische Instandsetzung durchgeführt. Ein super freundliches Team. Wir haben innerhalb von zwei Wochen einen Termin für die dringend anstehende Wartung erhalten. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich noch entschuldigt, das es zwei Wochen sind. Nach einer einem Tag haben wir unser Auto abgeholt und den Mietwagen abgegeben. Ohne Probleme. Super Service vielen Dank und bitte weiter so, Sie haben einen Kunden gewonnen.

Ja kann ich empfehlen. Es wurde uns unkompliziert ein Wartungstermin angeboten, der bei anderen Werkstätten drei Monate später erst zu haben war. Heute das Fahrzeug aus der Wartung geholt, sehr guter Service. Rückgabe Leihwagen unkompliziert, gerne wieder.
