Christian Zimelka made the leasing processes very easy for me, chasing up the delays in getting my car delivered and then how to get it registered. He has also helped with the few teething issues that have arisen since the XC60 arrived. Would recommend.

1. Autohaus does not respond to email inquiries. 2. When I arrived at the appointed time, the staff told me that the required part had not yet arrived, and I would have to come again. I still don’t understand why they couldn’t call and inform me in advance. Later, of course, I had to call myself to find out that the part had arrived - the service did not notify me again. 3. In general, the staff does not look to be interested in providing good service.

Autohaus Sobkowski are completely focused on new car sales and have no customer service whatsoever. I had several genuine warranty claims and they never honored any of them. They flatly admit that if they do not make money they are not interested in your enquiry. Avoid this place at all costs.

To trigger a customer buying a new car you need to satisfied two factors: a very good car and a good sales. Autohaus Sobkowski did it again! It was our first time here, but the experience was amazingly pleasant. Lucky, we had a chance to know Herr Zimelka. He was very patient, friendly, and always respectful. He takes care all the details, and explain everything very well to us. Everything went so well and smooth. I will definitely recommended this company if you want to buy a new car.
