Ich kann vor diesem Händler nur ausdrücklich warnen. Hier wird versucht, Fahrzeuge in einem desolaten und potenziell gesundheitsgefährdenden Zustand zu überhöhten Preisen zu verkaufen. Konkret interessierten wir uns für einen Suzuki Swift (3.990 €). Der Wagen weist einen massiven Schimmelbefall im Innenraum auf. Die Behauptung des Händlers, dies käme von einem Hund der Vorbesitzerin, stellte sich als glatte Lüge heraus: Die Bordunterlagen belegten eine lange Historie von Klimaanlagen-Problemen, was die Feuchtigkeit im Fahrzeug erklärt. Der Zustand ist schlichtweg desolat: - Im Kofferraum hängen laienhaft abgekniffene, offene Kabel einer alten Soundanlage. - Die Dichtung an der hinteren Fahrertür war komplett locker und fiel schon bei leichter Berührung ab. - Eine Kopfstütze hinten fehlt komplett und die Hutablage ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Trotz dieser Mängel und des Risikos durch den Schimmel zeigte man keinerlei Einsicht beim Preis. Wer Wert auf Ehrlichkeit und Sicherheit legt, sollte diesen Händler unbedingt meiden.

Ich habe meinen Wagen dort gekauft und bin rundum begeistert. Der Verkäufer Thorsten hat mich sehr gut beraten. Und wenn es mal was zu reparieren gab,hat Thorsten dass schnellstmöglich erledigt. Für mich der freundlichste und hilfbereiteste Mensch.Vielen Dank dafür.

Ich war kürzlich mit meinem Auto im **Autohaus am Nordgraben** und bin mehr als begeistert! Ich habe dort eine Inspektion machen lassen und gleichzeitig kleinere Reparaturen durchführen lassen. Schon der Empfang war unglaublich freundlich und professionell. Man hat mir genau erklärt, was gemacht werden muss, und mich über die Kosten im Voraus transparent informiert. Die Arbeiten wurden schnell und effizient erledigt, und mein Auto fährt sich jetzt wie neu! Besonders positiv war, dass man sich hier wirklich Zeit genommen hat, um alle meine Fragen zu beantworten. Das Team war stets freundlich und man merkt, dass sie großen Wert auf Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit legen. War Samstagmittag mit einem alten VW liegen geblieben. Um die Uhrzeit noch eine Werkstatt finden? Hier wurde mit geholfen. Ersatzteil noch schnell organisiert und dann 3 Stunden Sofortreparatur. Richtig stark. Wird schon ein Samstagszuschlag auf der Rechnung gewesen sein, aber für die spontane Hilfe fand ich den Preis fair. Nette Leute und Kaffee inklusive. Vielen Dank!
