I recently purchased a used VW Polo and brought it to this place to have a few issues checked, including a problem with the second key and an outstanding service/software update. The whole experience was excellent. The team was friendly, helpful and transparent from the beginning, and the service was impressively quick I had the car back within a day!! What I appreciated most was how patient and understanding everyone was. My German is still not very good, but they took the time to explain things clearly and even switched to English when needed. That made the whole experience much less stressful and I always felt taken seriously. They fixed the key issue, completed the required service action, and overall I felt that both the car and I were genuinely well looked after. I’ll definitely come back for future servicing or repairs. Highly recommended!!

I recently bought a car at Auto-Zellmann with mr. Ksawery Pulit, and I couldn't recommend more. Mr. Pulit explained everything to us in great detail, which made me feel safe during the whole process.
