Recently I've sent an Auto Frey's merchand two mails with my interest to buy a car worth 33K EUR. Do you think anybody replied my mails?! No. Zero response. Unacceptable customer service.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers. They sold me a Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.4L Gasoline which has an overheating problem. They didn't tell me nothing about that. They let me drive an overheating car which could not get me to my destination. It costed me too much money because I had to call a towing truck to bring the car to a mechanic, who couldn't fix the problem. Probably the engine block is cracked. I contacted them to ask for a help, but no response. Now, I don't know what to do with the car. I lost money and time
