We absolutely loved the service offered at this place. Especially Mr.Martin was a godsend gift to us while we were trying to sell our car. I had my best hospitality experience in 8 years of living in Germany. Mr. Martin was thinking for us and helping us to understand what exactly happened to our car as our car had some issues. The support, empathy and respect he showed us in our stressful situations are just extraordinary. I cannot recommend BierSchneider and Mr. Martin enough if you are either looking to buy the car or sell the car. They are just awesome.

I purchased an used Audi car from here recently and am very happy with the overall procedure and service. The range of products available is astonishing and the prices are also considerably better for such a portfolio. Our dealer, Mr,Roman Adams was very helpful throughout the process. We had all the steps taken care of smoothly from the testdrive to the handover. And he also spoke English pretty good which made our task much easy as some techinical details could get buried under translation. Many of our requests like early inspection, change of tires for free labor and quick delivery were considered and we were pretty satisfied. I can gladly recommend them for anyone aiming to buy used cars without too much hassle. They are reliable, considerate and friendly.

I needed some help regarding my car registration in Germany and they were so helpful. The guy helping me didn't stop until he was able to solve the problem. Thank you!

Bought a used Seat Leon Tourer last year. Absolutely great Customer Service. Had them take care of the number-plate registration etc. Car was well serviced and like new. Still satisfied after a year and already thinking to upgrade a car and buy it again at their place in Ingolstadt. They did not rush at all while making the sale. Gave no pressure, and let me try the car as much as I wanted to be satisfied first. Not only that, but they also have a very good aftercare. I have been emailing and calling them often after buying the car to get details about the car and prices for service and add-ons + other enquiries, and they have been very polite and kind.

Really recommended! I was looking for a leasing, but because I don’t speak a really good German, buy a car could have been a quite difficult experience. But fortunately I contacted Auto Bierschneider, where all employees speak English. In particular, I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Dawid Mindur, which is a really funny and helpful person. He helped me to find exactly what I wanted and to understand every steps of the car purchase. The overall experience was quick and simple thanks to Dawid. Now I am a super happy owner of a wonderful Seat Ibiza, a car that I had desired to have for a long time.
