We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the staff is pleasant and helpful, ready to help with any question. Have you ever seen that as a compliment you can use the entire minibar? Let me remind you that you are not in Turkey, where everything is included. This was a very pleasant surprise. I would like to separately note the breakfasts. Mmm, during our trip we visited about 10 hotels, not a single breakfast can even try to compare with them. I still remember it and envy myself. The hotel is located outside the center, but there is a public transport stop nearby, literally 5 minutes to it, so it is not a problem at all. If you checked in late and want to eat nearby and inexpensively, then, oddly enough, there is a gas station nearby, where they cook very tasty food and large portions to enjoy. Someone may say that eating at a gas station is not for me, but I assure you, they cook like in a restaurant. In general, a super hotel. I would be happy to stay there again if I am in this city. Thank you very much to the management, they have chosen a very correct customer-oriented policy. Know that we, the guests, see and appreciate it!

I like this hotel very much, I think I stayed there more than once and still if I'm visiting augsburg or the area around I would book this hotel. Why? - the rooms are spacious and clean - very friendly staff - a big parking area in the front - for a sports buff like me .... you can walk and run in that area outdoors - a very good breakfast buffet from sweets to savory like cheese, ham, pancakes, eggs, omelet, etc. I loved the omelet! Absolutely delicious! - I liked the few from the breakfast room on the fifth floor - there is a gym. And the equipment is top. You'll find sanitizer and water there - the minibar is free of charge. I loved the coke and water bottles Still, some things could be improved in my opinion or what I'm looking for in a hotel - the gym isn't open for 24 hours. We have a key card and everything, why not be open for the early birds and women. Women because to run outside in the winter months is not ideal for me and I guess for others as well. - sorry to say but I disliked the scrambled eggs. I think these are chemical refined scrambled eggs. On one day not everything was prepared at 6 am but it was just once - I was missing some bath stuff like body lotion etc.
