Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. Getting around Berlin is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Berlin and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Amazing repair place for Campers in Berlin.

Definitely recommend. Made an appointment same day, and they fixed the RV in two hours, two separate rather complicated issues. Prompt and friendly and reasonably priced.

Everything you may need for work on your camper under one roof: paint shop, wood shop and of course mechanics. I was so impressed with how clean the space is and everyone was so nice and friendly when we visited for their summer fest. Very impressive innovations.

I hired AST to install a gurtbock (double seat frame) in the rear of my van conversion. They also took care of the certification process with TÜV, which was really hard to figure out. I was a little bit skeptical about all this, as all my own research resulted in a very difficult certification process (almost impossible I would say). However AST never had a doubt from the first day we asked them about this. Customer service was friendly and always keeping us updated. Delivery time was pretty fast considering the fact that it was during Christmas and New years. As I'm converting my own van and doing all the work, it's probably fair to say that the cost was a little bit high given the amount of work required, but totally worth it from my point of view, as everything was certified. With all the provided paperwork I was able to change my van registration to legally drive it with 5 people. Recommended.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your auto repair shop. I recently had my tires replaced at your shop, but I was not happy with the work that was done. First of all, the new tires were not the ones that I had asked for. I specifically requested a certain brand and type of tire, but the ones that were installed on my car were different. I was not notified of this change, and I would have appreciated being informed and given the opportunity to make a different choice. Additionally, the work was not done to my satisfaction. After having the tires replaced, I noticed that my car was pulling to one side while driving. I took it back to your shop to have this issue addressed, but it was not resolved. I ended up having to take my car to another shop to have the alignment corrected. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at your shop. I do not feel that the work was done properly, and I will not be returning to your shop for future services. I would not recommend your shop to others based on my experience. Sincerely,
