Architekturbüro Scherzer & Kalau Erlangen

Located at Bismarckstraße 7, 91054 Erlangen, Architekturbüro Scherzer & Kalau Erlangen operates as an architekten serving Erlangen in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Real estate services in Bayern range from small neighbourhood agencies to national chains and property managers (Hausverwaltungen). For purchases the agent fee is typically split between buyer and seller and comes on top of the land transfer tax and notary costs, so ask for all fees in writing. Apartment buyers should read the recent owners' meeting minutes and check the reserve fund. For industrial and commercial premises, check zoning, utilities and access before signing anything.

Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. Typical hours are 08:00–18:00. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 09131 24039. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is scherzer-kalau.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

It has a Google rating of 5.0 out of 5, though from only 4 reviews so far, so treat the score as an early indication rather than a verdict.

Erlangen is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Erlangen, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.
