Our case with this lawyer began in 2022. In 2023, communication stopped for an extended period. In 2025, the same issue has occurred again, with no response despite repeated attempts to contact her. For this reason, I believe my previous review is accurate and should remain.

Terrible experience... zero professionalism! Scheduled an appointment for me for 1pm, I called again 2hrs before the appointment to confirm my appointment, which they did. I arrived 10mins earlier for my appointment, but no one was in the office to let me in. I called the office to inform them I was standing in front of the door, they asked me to wait. I waited 30mins under the sun, standing in front of the door... I called again, the same lady spoke to me again, not sure who fixed an appointment for me and couldn't let in me in because no one was in the office. In the end, she asked me if I can wait further under the sun (despite waiting 37mins) or go elsewhere to find another notar?. Totally shameful to say the least! ........................................................................................................... At 14:24, i read your rather unfortunate response. Firstly, you insult my intelligience by denying no agreed appointment was given to me at 13.00. Secondly, you claim that i asked for my documents to be notarised by a Notar, which i never asked for, especially knowing that you are not one! Ms. Ohlig is a real life saver. She's really professional, intelligent and friendly. plus she speaks English fluently (beside other languages). I would definitely recommend to use her services.

First time buyer! I would like to thank Nadja in handling my first time home buying experience with her law firm. She were very polite and very professional. She even took the time to explain the contract I received from the seller, and answered all of my concerns. She responded on every email that I had questions and concerns and I got answers immediately. The closing went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed. Nadja made herself accessible and told me if I have any other closing related issues during Notar to give her a call. Thank you once again on doing a great job. I would highly recommend Nadja and her law firm service! This is best law firm service in Berlin so far!
