Mâncarea a ajuns după aproape două ore de la comandă. Am sunat la restaurant, iar singurul răspuns a fost „ne pare rău” și că se vor revanșa data viitoare. Pe lângă întârzierea foarte mare, am avut parte și de curieri nepoliticoși și aroganți. Când i-am spus unuia dintre ei că aștept comanda de aproape două ore, s-a uitat pe bon și, în loc să își ceară scuze, a râs și mi-a spus: „Nu a durat două ore, ci o oră și 45 de minute.” Nu este vorba doar despre timpul de așteptare, ci și despre lipsa de respect față de client. Sincer, după această experiență, am impresia că recenziile bune în care se spune că sunt rapizi și că mâncarea este foarte bună nu reflectă experiența mea. Nu voi mai comanda niciodată de aici și nu recomand această experiență.

Ein Stern ist hier noch zu viel! Ich habe dort Essen bestellt und bin absolut enttäuscht. Die Lieferung hat eine Stunde und vierzig Minuten gedauert – völlig inakzeptabel! Als das Essen endlich ankam, war es komplett kalt. Als ich mich beschweren wollte, war das Personal dazu auch noch extrem unhöflich und uneinsichtig. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Nie wieder! Null Sterne, wenn das möglich wäre.

Wir haben eben 3 Burger, Pommes und Chicken Fingers bestellt. Ich bin normalerweise sehr wählerisch was Essen angeht und war daher auch ziemlich skeptisch. Um 22:30 hat nur leider kaum noch etwas in Bamberg offen, daher haben wir uns für diesen Laden entschieden. Das Essen war frisch und unglaublich lecker. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich noch nie einen SO guten Burger gegessen habe. Die Pommes waren warm und knusprig, genau so wie die Chicken Fingers. Wir werden definitiv wieder hier her kommen und weiter empfehlen. Ein richtiger Geheimtipp in und um Bamberg. Ganz großen Respekt, an den Besitzer!
