Wir möchten uns von ganzem Herzen bei dem gesamten Team dieses Pflegedienstes bedanken. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme an wurden wir unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und verständnisvoll aufgenommen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier der Mensch und nicht nur die Pflege im Mittelpunkt steht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind stets liebevoll, geduldig und respektvoll im Umgang. Sie nehmen sich Zeit, hören zu und gehen auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse ein. Besonders schön ist, dass man das Gefühl bekommt, wirklich gut aufgehoben zu sein – sowohl als Pflegebedürftiger als auch als Angehöriger. Auch in schwierigen Situationen konnten wir uns immer auf das Team verlassen. Die zuverlässige und einfühlsame Betreuung hat uns sehr geholfen und uns viel Sicherheit gegeben. Jeder einzelne Kontakt war von Freundlichkeit, Verständnis und Menschlichkeit geprägt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an alle, die täglich mit so viel Herzblut und Engagement ihrer Arbeit nachgehen. Eine solche Betreuung ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und verdient meiner Meinung nach höchste Anerkennung. Wir sind unglaublich dankbar und können diesen Pflegedienst wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen. ❤️ Vielen Dank
