Ich möchte hier nicht nur eine Bewertung sondern auch ein großes Lob aussprechen. Im Umgang mit Ihren Kunden sind Sie sehr professionel, strukturiert und einfühlsam. Wir hatten das Gefühl das Zeit ausreichend vorhanden ist und Zeit wird in der Pflege immer sehr knapp bemessen. Der Patient steht im Vordergrung, anders kann ich es nicht sagen. Vielen vielen dank!

Alsoooo ich muss jetzt mal ein paar Worte loswerden! Meine lieben Großeltern wurden vom Pflegedienst Altiv begleitet, zuerst hatten wir regelmäßige Unterstützung zu Hause, meiner Großmutter wurde geholfen bei der Pflege meines Großvaters der an Alzheimer und nich einigen anderen Erkrankungen litt! Nach einem Krankenhausaufenthalt im Februar letzten Jahres, stand fest: beide können nicht mehr in ihre Wohnung zurück! Was dann???! Durch den schnellen Einsatz von Daniel und Matthias Peter haben wir das tolle Angebot bekommen, dass meine Großeltern beide einen Platz in der SeniorenWG bekommen! Im März zog mein Großvater ein…der von Familie Peter sehr sehr liebevoll 24std am Tag umsorgt und gepflegt wurde! Da mein Großvater zu Beginn der einzige Bewohner war und aufgrund der Erkrankungen nicht allein gelassen werden konnte, hat Familie Peter alles in Bewegung gesetzt das mein Großvater betreut werden konnte! Daniel hat sogar in der WG übernachtet damit mein Großvater nicht allein sein musste, er hat seine Freizeit geopfert und sich selbst zurückgestellt! Er hat jeden Tag für ihn gekocht, es wurde eingekauft…auf sämtliche Wünsche wurde eingegangen! Meiner Großmutter wurde mit dieser mehr

Ich habe kein Verständnis für die negativen Bewertungen und bin da ziemlich erstaunt. Genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Super nettes Personal, kompetent und zuverlässig. Pflege mit Herz und nicht ein schnelles Abarbeiten und auf die Uhr schauen. Ich kann jedem mit gutem Gewissen sagen, nicht auf das Negative zu hören und sich selber einen Eindruck verschaffen !!!
