Hello Amazon, Merry Christmas to everyone. I had plans for Christmas, but it seems your delivery team is interfering with them, which is really disappointing. I purchased a Christmas tree on December 10th using an Amazon gift card. The order number is 303-0185568-1435570. Initially, I tracked the package and saw that it was marked as damaged and being returned to the sender. Now, it shows as delivered, implying no one was home to receive it. However, my neighbors and friends, who traveled to spend Christmas at my place, are all here. I have another order as well: 303-7478237-1320364. The same issue—marked as delivered, but I never received the package. With only a few days left until Christmas, I really need the packages I paid for. Thank you.

Too many Problems bei Payment Methods, Customer Service and The Philosophy of the Company towards the Customers. Why do you have an Outsourcing Call Center in Egypt ? Amazon is one of the Biggest Companies in the world. Can't you afford to have a Customer Service Call Center here in Germany ? Do i go buy something from your website, so that when i have an Issue regarding my Order some girl in Egypt mocks me or insults me on the Phone ? Are you guys actually kidding ???? From a Prime and Amazon Visa Customer to closing my Account very soon! Thanks for the Disappointment and the Terrible Customer Service Quality from your Call Center in Egypt! I would rather shop online somewhere else.

What a terrible service has this company? Today I called 3 times for a issue I have with my account in Amazon and the two of the three employees close the phone while we were talking. More than a month I'm trying to find a solution to open my Amazon account and all the time I receive an automatic email that says "your account has to been close" and I have no idea why has to been close. What is going wrong? And the worst part of the story is in my account I have more than 1000€ and I have no excess to them. My patience running out many days ago. #AmazonIssue #AmazonProblem

It just so happens that my cell phone died. After celebrating the mass, I decided to order a new one on Amazon. I had just recently signed up for Prime! I ordered the phone, and it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. Went to check on Wednesday and saw the delivery time was 8pm. I think I'll go to work. But when I came back I found out that the delivery attempt was in the afternoon. I asked support "why" and got the answer "this is an approximate delivery time, but tomorrow we will deliver to you exactly from 6 pm to 8 pm, wait" I left early from work, but the delivery was again in the afternoon. On the question "why" I was told that the operator can not call the exact time and the previous operator is out deceived me and again promised to write my wish for the time of delivery, but warned "that it is not accurate!". The next day I spent most of the day at home, saw how twice postponed the time of delivery.... but I couldn't wait - I went to work. I contacted the manager and asked "can we deliver tomorrow?" he said "no problem". I spent all Saturday at home, there was no delivery, and the new manager said that "because of three unsuccessful deliveries we delayed your parcel,
