For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.
No opening hours are on file. With 3.9 out of 5 on Google from 297 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for parkhäuser & parkplätze in München. German customers tend to review sparingly and critically, so a mid-range score with detailed comments is often a fair picture.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

We attended the BTS concert and paid €20 for parking. While leaving the underground parking garage P1 after the event, our car suddenly started emitting smoke from under the hood. We were scared because we had no idea whether it was just overheating or something more serious. Since we don't speak German, several kind German concertgoers tried to explain the situation to the parking staff and asked if they could help us move the car or at least advise us what to do. Unfortunately, the staff refused to help and told us to deal with it ourselves. What was especially disappointing was that complete strangers helped us far more than the staff. One woman tried to arrange a tow truck, another called the German roadside assistance hotline for us, and a group of Polish concertgoers even drove us to a petrol station to buy coolant so we could safely reach our hotel. We understand that parking staff are not mechanics, but leaving three foreign women visitors alone with a smoking car inside an underground parking garage without offering any assistance or guidance was extremely unprofessional. We are very grateful to the strangers who helped us, but deeply disappointed by the lack of support

The best parking experience near the stadium I have ever had. It took just 10 minutes to get to my seats from the car.

Excellent stadium and a great Tour guide. Loads of great access and the stadium layout is great. I personal highlight was sitting pitch side and the museum was fantastic.
