München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Customer service is really bad. I have sent them a lot of emails ( I have proof of it) and they never reply, the phone service keeps you on hold for long time and they hang up on you if you don't speak German. I will not take out insurance with them again in the future. LIke so many companies in Germany, customer service is always horrible. Edit: They solved my problem, but after complaining publicly on Google Review, this should not be the case, as constructive criticism, customer service should be improved to avoid dissatisfaction and lack of attention.

0 if i can give for customer service! those guys there will tell you anything just to avoid to make some work and help you out ... the funny is what he was telling me is completely unstable (i did have the emails and can prove that ) anyways i cancelled my contract, dont get any contact there is many companies will sit there on the phone call the manager verify your ID and then they will look up to it... Those kids here are on kindergarten and playing with your time and your money .

Like most of the services in Germany, the customer comes second, poor customer service, unresponsive to emails, annoyed by customer only able to speak English (they even hanged up the phone several times on me when I asked if I could speak with someone in English), in general as a customer they make you feel like you are doing them a favor. Did I mention that when I needed them due to a flat tired they never showed up?

Year ago I signed the contract with ADAC and this year my husband receives the invoice: I told them that must be mistake because I was the one who signed the contract and I am asking them to send the invoice to my name. They keep on saying that my husband needs to give me permission to terminate the contract that I signed, beside the fact we didn't want to terminate the contract since we were happy with the services they are providing. I am keep on trying to tell them that my husband hasn't signed any contract with them, but they keep on replying about permission... they don't provide answers to my questions, they don't provide any details since "I don't have permission from my husband"... seriously, I feel really disrespected as a woman, like I was not permitted to sign a contract on my own and manage it. For the first time in my life I am experiencing treating that way. Because of that treatment, I decided to not use their services anymore.

One year free membership was pomoted by First aid courses without any obligation. They declared that you don't need to cancel this after one year, it will automatically cancel after one year. If you want to continue membership you have to inform them. But in fact it's a scam. According to the contract I have to inform them 3 months before by official letter. It's really scam!
