The facilities are good in general. But they refuse to use the AC in summer. which makes this gym unusable for a large part of the year. This is also bad during peak times when there are a lot of people. It's quite unacceptable. Especially for a place where you physically exhert yourself. Today it's 36C and still no AC! It is roasting hot

New AI fitness remodel made it worse. On top of that when canceling I got a confirmation email to my email address stating it’s being processed then months later I got an email that I never replied with their support system document attached, where my email was entered incorrectly by them. Support personnel refuses to admit the mistake he made and now they are sending late payment reminders. Lovely company!

The gym is nicely equipped and really cool! I come here everyday. I talk regularly with Kim and she is a helpful and very nice employee. Nur zu empfehlen!

There are many safety hazards in the new equipments. 1. Thread mill: to increment the speed is a hassle. Each time i increase it stops after a point. Then i have to press the increment couple of times then it increases. Imagine someone is running at level 12 , he wants to increase it, and he will be struggling to increase it. So dangerous!!! 2. The deadlifts section the floor is wood. It’s actually slippery. Someone thought to put it because it looks good. But could be extremely dangerous. 3. It’s not really the safety hazard. But touch for thread mill doesn’t work immediately , so again can’t be used while running. Plus why there is a huge screen required at thread mill when someone running will not have much control. And no screen on elliptical , where there is more control due to low speed. Looks like , not much thought has been put while redesigning One star for coffee. Update: Nothing has been done, even after more than 1 month. I think they are busy protecting that coffee machine machine.

They renewed the whole gym in one week and it reopened on the 23rd February. The machines are more modern and the layout changed somewhat. They have way less screens/TVs in the cardio section which is better as they kidn of disturbed in my opinion.
