BEWARE: THIS GYM DOES NOT RESPECT WOMEN'S PRIVACY NOR SAFETY. After leaving the showers in the female change rooms completely naked, I was confronted with a MALE staff member cleaning the mirrors. This happened not once, but unbelievably 4-5 TIMES. Despite my numerous complaints and further discussions even with the legal team, they ended up COMPLETELY IGNORING my emails and requests for a solution. Though Fitstar promote "consideration and respect" and have labelled this situation as "unacceptable," it is all for show. Internally, they do nothing and instead of working towards a solution, they cowardly offered on multiple occasions to terminate my contract. What an absolutely appalling and spineless way to treat any person, let alone paying members. Ladies, do not make the mistake I made. Pay membership to a gym that actually gives a shit about your privacy and safety and actually respects you. You won't get that here.

Overall, I like this gym. One of the biggest advantages is the separate ladies-only space, which is very convenient. If you go on weekdays, it is usually not too crowded, so working out feels comfortable. The main downside is cleanliness. I wish the cleaning was done more often, as there is quite a lot of dust and hair visible on the floor. Aside from this issue, it is a decent gym and a good option overall.

Stay away from this gym. They have no integrity and are not accountable for their actions. For months now, a MALE staff member has been coming into the FEMALE change rooms to clean, at decently busy times. I have walked out of the showers twice now, completely naked, and have unexpectedly come face to face with him. Despite my numerous emails and complaints, Fit Star have cowardly stopped responding. It is clear that the dignity and privacy of women is not important to them nor respected. This is not the fault of the staff member himself, as he is just doing his job, but rather a completely unacceptable organisational issue from the gym itself. Unbelievable and a disgusting way to treat your paying members.

Well equipped and group classes are good. It’s just too bad the maintenance team is not taking proper care of the equipment, it’s full of dust and you can tell it’s not cleaned as deeply and often as it should.

Overcrowded, aggressive youngsters threatening me and then playing the victim so i get all the blame from the staff and manager, i have already filed out the form to quit the contract im sick of being treated as a terrorist, just because i refused to let youngsters threatening and abusing me because they think they are superman, but after a reality check im being labeled as the bad guy because i refuse to take their aggressive misconduct. This gym is more crowded than munich central station, actually all fittstars gym are like that.
