In einer Zeit, in der man oft das Gefühl hat, im Gesundheitssystem nur noch eine Nummer zu sein, ist diese Praxis ein echter Glücksfall. Herr Dr. Ali Aydin ist nicht nur fachlich herausragend, sondern vor allem ein Arzt mit Herz. Er hört aufmerksam zu, nimmt Beschwerden ernst, nimmt sich Zeit und geht den Ursachen auf den Grund. Man spürt bei jedem Termin, dass ihm seine Patienten wirklich am Herzen liegen. Seine Frau Dr. Nurcan Aydin, die ebenfalls als Ärztin in der Praxis tätig ist, steht ihm in nichts nach. Sie ist genauso kompetent, einfühlsam und engagiert. Gemeinsam bilden sie ein außergewöhnliches Team, das seinen Beruf mit echter Leidenschaft ausübt. Auch das gesamte Praxisteam verdient ein großes Dankeschön. Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Wertschätzung werden hier nicht nur versprochen, sondern jeden Tag gelebt. Ich bin von Herzen dankbar, Patient in dieser Praxis sein zu dürfen. Ärzte wie diese sind heutzutage leider eine Seltenheit. Mein größter Wunsch ist, dass beide noch viele Jahre mit derselben Leidenschaft ihren Beruf ausüben können. Für mich und meine Familie gibt es keine bessere Hausarztpraxis. Ich bin schon seit über 10 Jahren Patient bei Dr. Ali Aydin und Dr. Nurcan Demirci-Aydin und kann die Praxis wirklich von Herzen empfehlen. Beide Ärzte nehmen sich immer Zeit, hören aufmerksam zu und behandeln einen sehr freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich ernst genommen und bestens aufgehoben. Auch das gesamte Praxisteam ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank für euer da sein!

Sehr schlechte Praxis. Mittlerweile werde ich nach meiner Wahrnehmung häufig unfreundlich empfangen und erhalte meist lediglich ein grünes Rezept. Auch sprachlich fühle ich mich teilweise benachteiligt. Es entsteht bei mir der Eindruck, dass Patienten, die Türkisch sprechen, bevorzugt behandelt werden. Mit dem eingesetzten Vertretungsarzt war ich zudem nicht zufrieden. Ich hatte der Praxis bereits mitgeteilt, dass ich nicht mehr von ihm behandelt werden möchte. Dennoch wurde ich bei einem späteren Termin erneut an ihn verwiesen. Mein Wunsch wurde dabei aus meiner Sicht nicht berücksichtigt. Aus diesen Gründen werde ich die Praxis nicht mehr aufsuchen und kann sie persönlich nicht empfehlen.
