Die AvH ist ein vielseitig engagiertes Gymnasium, das auf eine langjährige Tradition zurückblickt: Ob naturwissenschaftlich, sprachlich oder künstlerisch – hier ist für jeden etwas dabei, denn in unserer Schule werden Schülerinnen und Schüler in verschiedenen profilierten Klassen unterrichtet. Wir nehmen an einer Vielzahl von Wettbewerben teil, pflegen Schüleraustauschprogramme nach Frankreich, Russland und Texas.

Aufgrund der Nähe zur Köpenicker Altstadt haben wir auch eine gute Verkehrsanbindung.
