STAY AWAY! The worst service we have ever experienced!!! The waiters and waitresses scream at people. We have never experienced such rude waitresses. Terrible!

The worst place I’ve ever been to in Berlin! The guy serving the ice cream is The rudest person ever, as if he’s making you a favor and you’re not paying for the service! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Ich kann dieses Lokal nicht empfehlen. Der Service lässt viel zu wünschen übrig – insbesondere eine der Kellnerinnen (blond, schulterlange Haare), die äußerst unfreundlich war. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellung aufgegeben hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Eis in der Waffel nicht am Tisch bestellt werden kann und man es direkt an der Theke kaufen müsse. Wir haben uns daran gehalten und sind anschließend wieder an unseren Tisch zurückgekehrt, um auf den Rest der Bestellung zu warten. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde diese jedoch von der Kellnerin storniert. Zusätzlich wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das Eis in der Waffel nicht am Tisch essen dürfen, obwohl wir es vor Ort gekauft hatten. Letztendlich wurden wir aufgefordert, das Lokal zu verlassen, und wir haben den restlichen Teil unserer Bestellung nicht erhalten. Die Situation war unverständlich und sehr unangenehm. Eine solche Behandlung von Gästen ist schwer zu akzeptieren. Ich kann dieses Lokal definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Unfreundliche Kellnerin, total unprofessionell – sie schreit Gäste an, dass man mit Eis nicht ins Café gehen darf. Absolut unterirdisch. Solche Menschen sollten niemals mit Kunden arbeiten. Ihr versteht nichts vom Geschäft. Beim Verkauf von Eis sollte man den Kunden fragen, ob er vielleicht noch einen Kaffee im Café trinken möchte – ein kleiner Tipp. Aber mit so einer Einstellung werdet ihr nichts lernen. Die schlechten Bewertungen wundern mich nicht. Ich kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen. Kauft hier nichts. Das Eis schmeckt auch nicht.

Hi, Ich gehe immer mit meiner Mutter hier hin♡. Entweder für das Frühstück oder um einen riesen Eisbecher zu essen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und nett☆ Das Eis ist einfach das beste, was ich jemals gegessen habe. Ich empfehle auch einfach hier her zu kommen um Frühstück zu essen♡ Es definitiv ein Besuch wert.
