If you’re a student that needs help with the “bildung gutschein” there’s no way they’d bother to even consider your question. I understand we need to speak the language of the land and I did try my best and understood 70% of it. I am learning the language but a little consideration would have gone a long way! How are immigrants supposed to figure out life in this country with such inconsiderate system? The female officer did not want to care for a second about my case and was more concerned that I bring a translator with me. If I understand and I’m giving all the necessary documents , why is it still necessary!? Now my task is to search for a German Friend to help me with this. This is really sad for us recent graduates who are only trying their best to learn better and get a job! How can someone not speak a single word of English ?

Wow Agentur für Arbeit ! It Change my whole life ! I’ve learned to be so patient through this process that now I know how to leave calmly and never rush for anything. Even if my friend were literally dying, I’d still take a deep breath, sit down, do a 30-minute meditation, light a candle, align my chakras… then maybe call for help. So thank you for teaching me patience. I am now dangerously calm. ☺️

If you have anything verbal with this office, ask them to write everything as confirmation through POST. We have regretted to ask for an assistance from this sector, it gave us more stress than relief. Will never ever ask the government help just because of this office. If they have an error, they will blame the applicant and therefore you will have to bear the consequences and ofcourse, you don’t have any choice since you don’t have the EVIDENCE because everything was done through VERBAL. So, to everyone please be very careful!
