Arrived outside the clinic at 9:00 am couldn't enter because of the queue, registered at 9:30 waited until 12:25 am. Most people who came after went in and out of Nr.4 where I was waiting. It's like there are certain types who bypass the reception and have priority than others. Booking an appointment for checkup is a nightmare, those arriving with appointments,and those send by the doctor to get extra check up appointments, all have to join the queue. The doctors should stick to schedules not race

My dr is shilpa ,she is really nice and treating very well ,I'm so happy with her treatment, sometimes we have to wait but I can understand lots of people there ,I could wait for her for my treatment but I really appreciate her how she is taking care of us ,thanks a lot

Dr.Gupta refused to share my blood test report after I requested a copy. She had absolutely zero interest in explaining which tests were done. Instead shamed me for consultation saying “Indians are not used to hardwork since you live with your parents so you people fall sick when you move abroad“. This clearly shows she lacks professionalism and has 0 empathy.

Dr. Bindra 😡 Today I went there in morning from 9:45 and still It’s 11:45 but still he ignoring me. Taking other patients who came after me and too rude behaviour with patient, no sense to talk with patient. This is not India, mind this thing in your mind. If you think your indian rube behaviour will work here then just forget it. First learn manners then sit over there.
