Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. Getting around Berlin is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Berlin and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Unfriendly service and no option to take coffee away?!

Not welcoming. I had a coffee at this place and my girlfriend, who is pregnant, could not use the toilet.

Was going to note the really poor unwelcoming service. But being followed around the store as a POC was incredibly uncomfortable. However, I see the shop already has a track record of poor unwelcoming service.

Always want to support small local shops, but these owners are too often rude and grumpy. After they yelled at my son (13) who thought the shop was open and therefore went past some boxes meant to block the passage, that was the last straw for us! My son left as they yelled “Are you blind?!”. He felt very uncomfortable as he came back home. Unacceptable behavior by the shop owners. Their webpage says opening at 07.30 and he was there 08.25, therefore he thought going inside was ok. He checked their opening hours online before going there.
