My husband still insists on this shop because "we need to support local". For over 10 years we had bought flowers here every now and then and were treated disrespectfully on every occasion. The owner is impatient and arrogant. Especially mean to foreigners. The flowers are also not as fresh as elsewhere. It's time to look for a new florist, even if it's further away!

I have always tried to support small local businesses, even go out of my way to visit local shops and make effort to avoid online purchases... But trying to look around the shop, be curious and try to see what I can buy from the shop -- ended up in a brief aggressive and (borderline) racist attacked by the florist. I spoke half German and then forced into English when he spoke too fast, always looked at me in a demeaning look and shouted at me that I am in Germany so I should and only speak German.... These racist unprovoked and attack on dignity had been so common in Munich (I live here now for 6 years, albeit I recognize my Deutsch B1 is not enough but I am trying) that now I will document this diligently to help other people avoid this business at much as possible. Please, if you would just attack (unprovoked) customers - and will only entertain "German" sounding and looking customers, also accept that your business in this decade might be negatively affected by your racist behavior.

Very rude and discriminatory experience. I have bought flowers from this shop several times before, although the owner was never particularly friendly. Today, however, the situation crossed the line. I was trying to order 5 bouquets using basic German and Google Translate. Instead of helping, the owner told me “this is Germany, you need to speak German” and forced me to leave the shop. As a customer who was simply trying to communicate and buy flowers, this felt extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. I will never return and cannot recommend this place.

I have been buying flowers in this shop a couple of times but will never set foot there again after the owner last time was extremely rude and out of the blue had a go at me. Of course I then changed my mind and said I buy the flowers somewhere else. He explained to me that he does not care as there is no need for him to actually run this shop - I guess he just keeps the shop going so he gets customers he can insult! Absolutely recommended for people who enjoy being treated disrespectfully.
