WORKWELL

After submitting a contact request through their website, I was quickly contacted by Markus Gammert. From the very beginning, he did everything he could to help us access their products and arrange delivery all the way to Portugal. What stood out most was how friendly, supportive, and solution-oriented he was throughout the process. I genuinely felt that everything was in good hands. He even took the time to call me directly to clarify a few questions and help us move things forward quickly. I’m now looking forward to receiving the new furniture for our office, but so far, I’m extremely happy with the customer service and the whole experience.

I came across Workwell whilst looking for an office chair. After having spent more than enough time on an old kitchen chair it was time to upgrade myself. From the moment I found the office chair I liked till delivery I was supported with great advice by Bettina Stoi from Workwell. Not only was I suggested to make some changes to the set-up but I was also told in detail how the next steps in the process would be like. A level of support onerarely comes across. All went according to schedule and I am more than perfectly happy with the office chair - the Sedus Quarterback.
