Literally around the corner from train station and Cathedral. Right downtown, perfect location. Rooms were very clean and bedding was fresh. Great gathering room/lounge and patio on the main floor.

Over 35 C in my room on the second floor lad on the desk said fith floor is worse so i cant even imagine what its like up there so glad i have camping gear as im sleeping on my camping matress on the floor in my room writing this. Staff were nice and friendly. Cleaners need to be sacked 😂

Decent for 1 night stay or at best 2. It is very close to Koln Central station and Cathedral and all sightseeing is walking distance. So very convenient location however the neighborhood could get a little noisy in the night with ppl talking loudly, but it won't disturb your sleep. No fans neither air conditioning leaves no choice but to open windows. Luckily no mosquito problem inspite of open windows. Very clean and hygiene is quite good. Luggage storage free of charge for 12 hrs is another convenience. Courteous staff.

We had to cancel due to a serious injury. They refunded us fully, for free. Great service and we appreciate that so much as our trip cancellation is likely to lose us a ton of money due to no-refund scams. Thanks! If we ever re-book our trip later we will stay here for sure!
