Kommt hier bitte nur hin wenn es wirklich keine andere Option gibt! Absolut unsympathisches Personal, (der Mann) welches einen hetzt Ware zu kaufen und auf Fragen sehr genervt antwortet. Meine Fußballschuhe sind an sich im guten Zustand jedoch gibt es eine limitierte Auswahl deswegen aber die 2 Sterne

Ich habe letzte Woche bei Sport Bülle in Sülz ein Paar Wanderschuhe von Lowa für 180 € gekauft. Die Beratung der jungen Verkäuferin war ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent. Leider stellten sich beim ersten Tragen gestern erhebliche Druckstellen ein, sodass ich heute Tag im Geschäft nach einer Umtauschmöglichkeit fragte. Diese wurde mir – nacheinander von drei Mitarbeiterinnen – strikt verweigert. Als Begründung wurde lediglich angeführt, dass die Schuhe bereits außerhalb der Wohnung getragen worden seien. Auch mein Vorschlag, die Schuhe reduziert für die Hälfte des Preiss zurückzugeben und im Gegenzug ein neues Paar zu erwerben, wurde ohne jedes Entgegenkommen abgelehnt. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich, dass keinerlei Verständnis oder Kulanz gezeigt wurde. Statt gemeinsam nach einer Lösung zu suchen, wurden die Argumente mantraartig wiederholt und wirkten zunehmend abweisend. Ich habe Sport Bülle bisher bewusst als lokales Fachgeschäft unterstützt – in der Erwartung, dass man hier im Fall eines Problems menschlicher und kundenorientierter behandelt wird. Nach dieser Erfahrung sehe ich leider keinen Grund mehr, dort erneut einzukaufen. Schade um eine eigentlich sympathische A

Ich habe Laufschuhe gekauft und bin von einer freundlichen Mitarbeiterin sehr gut beraten worden. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen und mir mehrere Modelle präsentiert und auch nach meinen Bedürfnissen (Laufstil, Häufigkeit, Anatomie) gefragt. Ich gebe dem Laden daher gerne 5 Sterne. Scheinbar, wenn man die Bewertungen richtig deutet, muss man nur den passenden Tag erwischen, an dem der kundenunfreudliche, männliche Kollege (Inhaber?!) nicht da ist ;-)
