Best bike shop in Cologne (and I've tried quite a few). They're technically competent, very patient with my questionable German, and always happy to switch to English when the conversation gets beyond my mechanical vocabulary. Twice I've shown up with an upcoming trip and a slightly desperate timeline, and both times they managed to squeeze me in. As an added bonus, I seem to leave with a beer every time I enter the shop. Highly recommended.

Best bike shop I found on my 6 month bike trip across Europe and back. Sorted out my tired pedals super quickly. Very nice dudes. If ever in Koln or even not in Koln take a diversion and go here!

The nicest, friendliest and most helpful bike shop in the neighbourhood! They speak English and gladly help with the smallest s of issue, like flat tires etc. Highly recommend!!

We are cycling the European Divide Trail and our bike were in need of a lot of love, SORE bikes has been our favourite bike shop en route so far! The chaps were super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed up our bikes on the spot.. we came away with smooth bikes, a great story and a free beer! Best bike shop EVER!
