Teacher Diana came late, did not give regular instructions but expected everyone to know the Ashtanga sequence by heart. If someone does not know and tries to exercise other poses while waiting for her, she ask provocative questions like „do you even want to learn the sequence?“ A few late students came at anytime during the class and were still let in, disturbing the others. I have a yoga teacher certificate, trained Ashtanga in India several times but never encountered such lack of professionalism and outrageous behavior. A no-go, never again.

Mein liebstes Ashtanga Studio in Köln. Sehr gutes Mysore Programm mit tollen Lehrer*innen, immer wieder großartige Gastleher*innen mit tollen Workshops und eine großartigen Community.
