Disastrous experience with PYUR. The internet performance has been consistently unreliable and does not match what was promised in the contract. Speeds fluctuate heavily, and overall service quality is horrendous. What was even more concerning was the behavior of one of their representatives who showed up at my home unannounced. I clearly stated that I do not want in-person visits and prefer communication over the phone, yet he returned again the next day and continued to push for a face-to-face conversation in MY HOME. Even after I refused multiple times, he ignored my boundaries, attempted to pressure and guilt-trip me, and kept contacting me repeatedly by phone. After I blocked his number, he even reached out via WhatsApp, which is completely inappropriate. This level of persistence and disregard for customer consent is unacceptable. This was perceived as intrusive and inappropriate, bordering on harassment. I expect professional communication and respect for privacy, neither of which were demonstrated here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PYUR.

I had to visit this particular store 2 times, both of the times I found the same guy, meeting was pretty much straight forward he solved my problem instantly both of the times, even though I don't speak German and he doesn't speak English still the problem was solved quickly, I think sometimes people need good intentions to genuinely help someone, language is secondary. As for pyur I got myself second contact with them, people might face some problems within some initial days for setting up the connection after that everything is top quality, atleast for me 😃.

Hello good people, me too agree with you. I also have signed a contract with pyur internet and basic tv. It's being almost a month internet was working but cable connection for cable tv to my apartment is still pending. Even their my pyur app have no solution. Everything was automated which not covers all aspects,

Marco is super nice, really knowledgeable and passionate about the company. He set us up really nice and much better than the other service providers for wifi. Definitely would recommend!

The store manager's energy and cheerfulness are amazing. I've come a few times and there were usually 1-2 people ahead of me, every single one leaving with a smile. The company itself is the exact opposite. Charging money for months after moving out (and no longer using their service), requesting that documents and what not be submitted. I urge you to stay away.
