Nachdem ich jahrelang in guten Händen bei meinem Hausarzt Dr. Schöttler-Vopper war, kann ich nun das Gleiche über Doktorin Fangmann und Doktor Spangenberg sowie das gesamte Praxisteam sagen. Hervorheben möchte ich die Klarheit in den inhaltlichen Aussagen beider Ärzte, das stets Möglich-machen von akut anfallenden Anliegen meinerseits, die zeitgemäße Kommunikation per E-Mail und letztendlich das Gefühl, dass man trotz seiner Leiden ernst genommen wird. Was mich jedes Mal überrascht: Ich muss nicht lange warten, das zeugt aus meiner Sicht von gut orchestrierten Arbeitsabläufen. Hier fühle ich mich mittlerweile wirklich in vielerlei Hinsicht in "guten Händen" und nehme den Weg dorthin gerne auf mich (ich komme aus Riehl), um meine "Hausarztpraxis" aufzusuchen.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Der Umgang mit Patienten ist sehr schlecht, insbesondere Herr Dr. Spangenberg reagiert auf Hinweise oder Kritik äußerst unprofessionell und mit unverschämten Antworten. Schon eine einfache Blutuntersuchung wurde unnötig kompliziert und stressig gemacht. Beratungsgespräche, die nicht stattgefunden haben, werden berechnet und vollständige Laborwerte gibt es nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage, auch dann wird man noch unfreundlich behandelt. Ich bereue es die Praxis aufgesucht zu haben und kann jedem nur davon abraten.

The receptionist and doctors are friendly and helpful. They speak English, which is helpful, except for the laboratory technician.

Dr. Linda Fangmann is very professional, caring and takes her time with her patients. Also she is happy to speak English to accommodate her patients. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Franz-Josef Weber is the best doctor I have ever had. Very competent and friendly. He addresses the diagnosis of the disease right from the beginning and finds the most pleasant way of therapy. He also speaks English Thank you very much!
