Very unprofessional behavior. I called him asking if he could install an Ubuntu on my system, since I had tried and could not do that successfully. He said maybe your hardware has problems without asking any inquisitve questions, if I had done the installation properly or not or anything like that. Then I asked ok please tell me if I could come today so you could try installation once and then tell, he hanged the phone when I was talking and now rejects my next 2 calls. Very rude and unfriendly, and possibly insincere. p.s. : I went to another computer center, they received my system and installed it in less than an hour, they also reformatted my external HDD. what else could have been done? Together with the fact that their behavior was really friendly! The owner of the shop also confirmed his behavior in the morning by cutting the phone while I was talking, just because he was not in the mood to continue the discussion with me, while I was just making a request to see if it was possible, but cutting a phone conversation like this is not polite in the first place, and it is never recommended for a business running unless someone is completely ignorant about it.
