I have been coming here for 15 years and it’s my first address for apparel in Cologne because the staff is friendly, not pushy and experienced. Some of the people have been working there since day one and always recognize me. I even went there for shopping when I lived in the US.

Good clothes selection and can have good deals during sales. The best service out of any clothing shop in Germany, similar to American department stores. No comparison to Galleria Kaufhof.
