I would love to give a good review as the shop is great. Products are great and the staff are wonderful. However, pricing is constantly wrong. I bought a lot of meat yesterday. It was labelled as Brust ohne Knochen. The shelf label says this was 9.99 without tax. I pay the without tax price. However, when I get home and look at my receipt, it was 12.29 per kilo. This happens a lot. I go to Metro because I buy in bulk to save money but I never know what things are going to cost. This happens all the time. The code on the shelf never matches any code on the product so it is impossible to check. This is very misleading and probably illegal. Please sort it out Metro! Otherwise you would have a 5 star review because everything else is excellent. It's just the fraud that is an issue.

Always a good selection of brands. Excellent quality fruits and vegetables. Very large selection of wines and spirits. Prices are okay but not for the budget conscious.

Large Selections with multiple discount, promotions. The downside is staffs don't speak English very well. Even for business's assistance. It is a little bit hard for big business like Metro. Hope they can improve this in future. The rest are ok.
