They have a lot to offer, the prices are not that expensive, but unfortunately a lot of workers lack being friendly towards customers. They need to change that...

Why is it when I ordered 2x 500Gb Sata drives for €35,99 each and I put the order and collect feature. That eventhough you had 10 of these Sata storage drive of te identical brand and type, and yet you were absolute torture style letting me come back 3 times in a row back while in all three cases unable to explain what the issue was and when it would finally o finally would be in order the pickup you had close to 10 of the identical type and price of drives on top of it, and then your colleges searching in the sytem for 40’ even. Then asking me that I needed to call via your callcenter to be able to cancel it. AFTER HAVING ALREADY HAVING TO GO THREE TIMES FOR THE PRODUCT WHICH YOU HAD 10 VISUALLY IN STOCK. INTENSO Performance Festplatte, 500 GB SSD SATA 6 Gbps, 2,5 This was completely unacceptable. Was the cause a hatred against non-German citizens or ? Honnestly deserved a 1/5 star review though I respect the brand though this was extremely unacceptable. And yes I had ordered it 1,5hours before closing on a Friday as I wanted to be sure to be able to work on that project Operating systen during the weekend, though that treatment was absolutely unacceptable

Fantastic experience - highly recommend for tourists and international students! The staff at MediaMarkt are exceptionally helpful and polite, making buying a laptop was a smooth experience. They speak English too, so both tourists and international students can shop here easily. Highly recommended for their great service.

I see people commenting on the lack of staff in the area. I don't really know about this place; I just visited randomly. While coming from Aachen, I always saw this building. Fortunately, my friend who lives in Cologne was with me, and he told me that this is one of the oldest skyscrapers in Germany. We just went to the ground floor and drove a car for free. There were a lot of gaming PCs there. I don't know much about games, but one can easily go and play games here for free. It was a good experience.

Worst store to buy items online. Bought an item on 16th of March, payment was made instantly. Customer service was useless, as they provided me with the same answer every time "We are preparing your order, it will be out soon!". This went on for weeks. After over 1 month, I got a message "Sorry, we do not have the item in stock anymore.". When I checked regularly, the item was on stock this whole time! And it still is! If it's not available in a certain store, why can't they send it from another store to me? Retarded concept. The constant lies and utter laziness of the employees is horrible. Thank god Germany has other multimedia stores.
