Ich bin schon seit Jahren Stammkunde in dieser Apotheke und ziemlich zufrieden.Die Beratung ist sehr gut und ich werde (bis auf eine Person) sehr freundlich bedient. Sehr oft müssen gängige Medikamente bestellt werden, aber das ist kein Problem, da ich direkt in der Nähe wohne.

Ich war bereits mehrere Male in der Apotheke in der Hoffnung bei zukünftigen Besuchen eine positivere Erfahrung zu machen. Leider war ich jedes Mal enttäuscht von der ausbleibenden Beratung - insbesondere bei sensiblen Themen wie der Abgabe von Arzneimitteln für Babys z.B. Nasentropfen. Eine kurze Rückfrage zur Anwendung oder ein einziger Satz als Hinweis wären hier ein Muss gewesen. Werde in Zukunft einen längeren Weg auf mich nehmen und woanders hingehen…

Ein sehr freundlicher und empathischer Apotheker der sehr schnell und unbürokratisch uns Hilfe geleistet hat ! Medikament war vorrätig und die Behandlung konnte sofort eingeleitet werden ! Einfach ein Herzliches Danke -nochmal! 3.10.2025 Feiertag

Also ich werde hier immer sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend bedient. Leider ist es in der heutigen Zeit, so dass bestimmte Medikamente immer bestellt werden müssen. Aber so ist das halt heutzutage. Da können die Apotheken nichts für! Großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team!

I understand that pharmacy need to make a living BUT i cannot understand that i paid a medication 50 euro , when i get the exact same medication for 25 euro online. i understand that i need to pay a higher price at the local store but this is out of proportion! shame on you.
