I have had pets since my childhood such as dogs, cats, fish and birds as a consequence I have been acquainted with Petshops for life time. Moreover when I started to join biotope aquarium design contests my scale of interaction with Petshops moved to world wide. Till I got the 2020 BAC championship I got cheated many times by Petshops worldwide. So I am always cautious against the Petshops. Kölle Zoo totally changed my mind. I went there when I owned my GSD. She was not eating well, however Simone and her colleagues supported me a lot and in a short time my GSD started to eat. I can proudly say Kölle Zoo is the only Petshops which never minds money and their first priority is customer pleasure. The employees of the store love animals really that is why they always support the customer and tries to give the best service they can. So again I tell thank you to Simone and her colleagues.
