Unprecedented lack of professionalism—I've never encountered anything like this anywhere. Around 7:30 PM, I sent a booking inquiry through the link they provided. Got a confirming reply of bed at 8:57 PM. I went immediately. When I arrived, the doors were locked, with a paper on the door stated reception closes at 9:00 PM. There is no mention of their reception hours anywhere. Waiting nearly an hour to confirm my stay three minutes before locking up—without a single warning—is completely brilliant Or they expect guests to be camping outside their door?

Super clean, beautiful and cosy. Close to restaurants, shops and trains. The staff and people there are so lovely. I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely go back again!

Exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms. Lockers unusually small, like school lockers, but there’s plenty of space between and under beds to stash stuff. No curtains on bunks unfortunately, but that’s not very unusual.

Excellent accommodation! Everything was spotless and the atmosphere had a great vibe. The staff and the people staying there were wonderful and made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back someday. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great hostel. Comfy. Cool. Nice staff. They provide towels even though it says on Hostelworld they don't. Negatives - their website is difficult to use and the check in/reception opens times are very limited 17:00-21:00 which adds stress other hostels don't have.
