Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde bei Rüschenbeck und bin jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert, wie schnell, professionell und reibungslos hier alles abläuft. Ich habe bereits mehrere Juweliere in Köln und Umgebung besucht, habe mich jedoch nirgendwo so gut beraten, wertgeschätzt und aufgehoben gefühlt wie bei Rüschenbeck. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Herrn Schöttner, der seit einiger Zeit mein persönlicher Ansprechpartner ist. Er übertrifft meine Erwartungen jedes Mal aufs Neue. Sein Engagement, seine Kompetenz und seine Zuverlässigkeit sind wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ein aktuelles Beispiel: Ich habe am Samstag nach einer bestimmten Uhr gefragt und konnte sie bereits heute abholen. Bei anderen Juwelieren wurde mir für dasselbe Modell eine Wartezeit von mehreren Monaten genannt. Ein solcher Service ist alles andere als selbstverständlich. Ich kann Rüschenbeck und insbesondere Herrn Schöttner uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wer Wert auf exzellenten Service, eine kompetente Beratung und eine persönliche Betreuung legt, ist hier genau richtig.

Even if you go there to buy the cheapest watch they have, they treat you like they are selling a Daytona. Thank you for the experience, worth spending a couple of bucks more.

Went in wanting to ask for a Rolex. They put me in the waiting area for 20 minutes. The next customer that walked in was immediately taken up, even though I was still waiting. Seems if you don’t have grey hair you aren’t in their target group or important enough to be given attention. Never again, rather go to Wempe where they actually know what service is.
