Having lived in several German cities, this is the first time I have seen an IKEA located so close to the city centre. The store itself is similar to other IKEA branches, with the usual range of products and familiar layout. However, its convenient and easily accessible location is a major advantage and deserves special recognition.

No more fun to eat at the restaurant. Some woman serving gravy judging us and being very picky about the milligrams of gravy she is handing out. I am sure the real IKEA people don’t know about this behavior and how they are representing IKEA. Absolutely annoying to customers.

Really good selection. It's clean and fast. I had some questions about delivery for the first time vs pickup and received really good support from Tatjana. Sometimes the return section takes really long to process and they have only one counter open. They are polite but some things could be improved

one of my favourite place in Ulm - to eat & to shop ❣️ The food mostly are amazing and very affordable! especially with ikea family membership ( which is always free) i love the ambience so much - there are many tables, chairs my favourite so far; - Äpfel strudel with vanilla Ice cream 9/10 soo good! not too sweet, the texture is perfect, the vanilla sauce is on point. the portion is big and its only 3.5 euro - salmon laxfile 8/10 the salmon is quite ok, the cuscus mixed with veggies which was so tasty - swedish meatballs( always my fav since college days) 8/10 - Gemüball 9/10 its vegan and all veggies but tastes amazing! easily become my favourite here - the coffee tastes decent 8/10 even the oat coffee ( which I find it hard to find the good one personally for me) is pretty good! - waffle 7/10 my hubby love it so much(9/10) but for my tounge its just too sweet 🤣 for the furniture shopping, I think the quality varies depends on the price. but it's pretty much the same with other countries' ikea
