The best notary experience in Germany, by far. Very friendly and competent staff, great service.

The secretary is extremely nice and helpful and went out of her way squeeze me in the schedule and to give me an appointment very shortly when there happened to be spare time to deal with my paperwork, so that I had it done much earlier than in a few other notaries. They had asked all the necessary Information and documents via e-mail in advance to prepare everything. Mr. Ibert was nice and there was no long waiting time. Payment is possible in cash and also with an EC card (a lot of notaries only accept cash). I can definitely recommend this notary, since they would not have to be so nice and still have enough work (like other notaries do), but they seem to value every client very much.

Terrible communication from the notary. Mr. Ibert said that the communication on phone is for free. However I was not informed by him or his secretaries upfront how much the fee will be for creating a draft version of the legal document I was asking for. Clearly it should have been communicated to me transparently how much it is or if there will be actually a cost or not so I can consider and make a choice. Terrible communication from the staffs and the notary. Never do business with them if you don‘t want to experience these kind of backlash.

I called a number of notar's in the area and this was the first to be friendly on the phone. A little kindness goes a long way in Germany.
