Dankeschön 🙏 Ich werde immer wieder dahin gehen. Und der Preis war auch total akzeptabel.

Our dog had a 40€ flea collar on. It is removable and adjustable. We were told to leave the collar and harness on when we dropped her off. The groomer CUT OFF THE collar without calling us or even telling us about it afterwards. I'm furious. And also our dog sustained a very obvious injury in the salon (THIS IS OKAY, it happens) and we were also not told about it afterwards (NOT OKAY). The groomer even said she didn't see it, when we asked her about it. She claimed to not see it, which is very hard to believe because the dog was shaved down almost naked. She also offered no apology for cutting off the collar. If she had called, we could have come back to the salon in literally 1 minute to take it off.
