Never again with Hisar Europe and never again with Ali Almaz. Assalamu alaikum, Alhamdulillah, we undertook our Umrah pilgrimage from Stuttgart from December 21, 2025, to January 4, 2026. I don't want to criticize Hisar or our group leader (Hoca) Ali Almaz, but I think it's very important that Hisar (or rather, the management) and future pilgrims know what happened during our Umrah trip. I have two comments: first, regarding Hisar, and second, regarding the Hoca. 1. Regarding Hisar Europe (or the management): In my opinion, the organization of the Umrah was a disaster. There was absolutely no advance planning for the Umrah program. All information during the Umrah period was only communicated at the last minute. We couldn't prepare anything at all. We only learned the name of our group leader (Hoca) after our arrival in Medina. Our Ihram clothing from Hisar was the same size for children and adults, and I don't understand how a 10-year-old boy is supposed to fit into an adult Ihram garment. Absolutely ridiculous. We went to Jabal Thawr and spent an hour there in the sun. However, we only saw Jabal Nour (one of the most important sites in Islam) from the bus, even though it's

Their new product "Asr As-Saadah Umrah Tour" was amazing. Once in a life time chance it was. We used that opportunity alhamdulillah. I have been umrah before. But this is completely different. You must attend this with 3-4 close friends & families. You are visiting the places that lots of past prophets lived. Visiting, feeling,imagining important events in Rasûlullâh's time, in the exact places. Feeling the 🔥 boiling hot weather in desert to understand Hz. Bilal on that sands, under rocks... Following footpaths of Nabii S.A.W. on the hijrah way, listening stories of them from knowledgeable tour guides who are scholars in islam as well. Thank you very very much

There are no sufficient words to explain the spiritual beauty of this trip with Hisar. Thank you again and suggest Hisar to everyone. You can never understand what I mean by just reading the reviews, you have to personally go and experience this by yourself to comprehend what I mean.... 🤲🤲🤲
