Terrible Experience – Long Wait, Poor Communication I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I waited over four hours just to see the doctor, only to find that they barely spoke English and didn’t even listen to my concerns properly. I only had a simple cold with mucus congestion, and instead of providing any treatment or basic medication, the doctor immediately referred me to a specialist which means even more waiting and frustration. It felt like a complete waste of time. If I wanted to see a specialist, I could have gone directly instead of sitting in this clinic for hours just to get a referral. The lack of communication, professionalism, and efficiency is shocking. I do not recommend this place if you actually want quick and effective medical care. Avoid if possible!

Worst experience I don’t understand if I specify a particular doctor why do they give me another doctor ?? That too I translate to German and say ?? I mean what is the problem I am the first one in the queue standing there early morning! Then why would you specify me the doctor I don’t want ? Don’t we get to choose which doctor we want since we are international students we want someone who can speak in English ! And then waiting time OMG🙃🙃 waste the whole day there along with the mood ! I have private insurance I go there regularly and every time they ask me to pay money at the reception and then i again explain that no this is not the procedure and someone goes inside before me although I’m there in the queue since 6.30🤣 and then 2 hrs of sitting and watching Netflix 😌 But I would say that Dr Sebastian is a good doctor ! He has always been patient and heard my problems and is polite unlike the other receptionists

We have been to this place thrice now (including one for a blood test). We had the worst experiences in the two cases where we had to consult the doctor (Dr. Kloda). Both of the times we had to wait 3 hours minimum before the doctor saw us. This is too much of a waiting time, especially considering there weren't many patients. During the first visit, when we finally visited the doctor, he didn't seem very keen on treatment. He was not listening to our problems and was imposing his own views. My wife had pain in her wrist and it was clear that it was not broken and she didn't even have an accident. But somehow he concluded that she may have had an accident and her hand is broken. He didn't offer much treatment, and referred us to an orthopedic and for an MRI. Upon insisting on how to treat the pain till we get this done, he prescribed ibuprofen and an ointment (which we later found out has a specific way of applying that was not mentioned by the doctor). I would still have considered the 3 hours waiting time, if the treatment was good. After waiting for an hour and a half, with about 7 patients in front of us (with 3 doctors present), we had the unpleasant surprise of seeing people who came after us waiting 20-30 minutes and entering the doctor before us for consult, after realizing that 5 other patients had entered before us, I went to the reception to ask her if we were on the waiting list and to tell her that it didn't seem fair to me that, waiting for an hour and 30 minutes for other patients to enter in front of us, to which she replied very meanly that there are only 3 doctors. I replied that I don't have a problem with that, I would just like to know what kind of queue system they have, how are the waiting lists made? Because it doesn't seem right to me! She had a bossy attitude, like she's the boss there and does what she wants, which was very rude of her! I mentioned to her that I only asked a question and she should have answered me politely, not taken a defiant attitude! I promised her that I would make a complaint, not only here, but also to the manager of the clinic! Her name is Alina Hartwich. The worst experience ever!

My wife had to wait for an hour even though she had an appointment just to be sent away. Dr. Bayaya did not prescribe her anything or give any other medical advice, just suggested to find a dermatologist, although she had a severe inflammation for several days, and it was an emergency. The doctor showed no compassion and was overall very rude during the appointment.
