First the pros - it's in the very city centre. It's cheap. And the parking is very near. It's not 5 star for sure, but the location and the price are the main heroes here. But there are some cons too - the building itself is alright, however the room (stayed in 4th floor) was little neglected, old carpet, broken tiles on a floor etc. The mattres was too soft, however the linen was clean. No elevator. If you are looking for affordable accomodation in the center, search no more, if you are used to luxury, find something else.

Had the most horrible experience here. We came in late and got our key out of the lock box. We went to the floor we were supposed to, and found the key would not work in the door. We tried several times. We tried the key in the next door, and it unlocked it. However, that room was occupied by a very angry man who yelled at us in German. We were obviously not safe, in a sketchy neighborhood in the middle of the night. We sent several emails with no response. We ended up finding a hotel in the middle of the night that cost substantially more. So now we had paid triple for the nights housing. After several complaints, they refunded half of our money. I warn everybody against staying here. They put us in danger and did not try to make it right.

Okay it's not the Ritz. It is clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and room had everything that you need. The shower and toilet was just across the hall. It was quieter than I expected. It's in a great location, 2 minutes from the city shopping area and 5 minutes from the main railway station. The price cannot be argued with.
