to Felix Dirksen: Praise for work, kindness, professionalism... Despite meeting Felix at the end of August this year, I must shamefully confess that surgery got in the way and hindered me from writing him a commendation as soon as he deserved it. I would like to use this opportunity to acclaim the hard work done by Felix Dirksen of the company "Expert TeVi" of Passau. Felix did not mind to spend his precious time with me and listened to all the queries patiently. He also took time to understand my requirements followed by great enthusiasm in presenting which options were the best and which laptop would be an ideal choice for me. His aptitude for masterly explaining all things complex in a simpler and clearer manner really caught my attention. Felix was also distinguished by his warm, friendly heart apart from professionalism. So many words such as kindness, tolerance, and willingness to help are manifestly not just empty words in his life. In today's rare breed of human beings, Felix is a role model in how customer service is supposed to be practiced. I was gratified, truthfully, in all that he could do to assist me. When I purchased a coffee maker in 2023 for around one thousand Euros, I felt that the woman in that department was mainly focused on selling me additional products instead of just providing what I was looking for. I'm not sure if they receive a sales commission, but she was very enthusiastic about labeling all the product boxes with a number (possibly an identifier). Apart from that, she displayed absolutely no desire to treat me as a valuable customer. On the contrary, I must confess that I felt condescended to and I regret not standing up and leaving when I should have. While the representative didn’t explicitly say anything that would have justified for me to voice my discomfort she definitely gave me the kind of looks that a homeless man would get in a Lamborghini showroom. That’s why it’s three stars. It was a good deal but the whole taking down my personal information as well as writing whatever identifier onto every piece of packaging only meant that I had to spend more time with this lady that made me uncomfortable with no benefit to me as a customer. I've only been in this store once, and to be honest, all I wanted to buy was a cheap alarm clock. But the staff were just as helpful as if I was buying a new TV. Here you go, sir. A shelf full of alarm clocks from cheap and cheerful to quite expensive. So all I can say is I will be going there again when I need new electrical gear. Great service.

Very good service, it did not feel like I was pressured into buying anything. For each item on my shopping list, sales clerk was very helpful in finding the right one which met all my requirements, at a reasonable price point.
