Ich war zum ersten Mal in der Praxis. Termin hatte ich online, recht weit im Voraus gebucht. Empfang ging freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Da wir alle Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten Probleme sind, können längere Wartezeiten nun mal vorkommen. Dafür sollte man Verständnis haben. Die beiden Helferinnen die mich betreut haben waren überaus freundlich, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auch mal ein Späßchen gemacht. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Bei Dr. Ufken fand ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben, kann ihn somit auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Mitarbeiterinnen und ich meine hiermit ausschließlich den Empfang sind unmöglich unfreundlich. Wartezimmer jeder einzelne Stuhl voll und wir werden oftmals lautstark darauf hingewiesen uns zu setzen obwohl dies offensichtlich nicht möglich ist und dann regt sich die Assistentin noch auf obwohl wir nicht Antworteten nach mehrfachem sagen, blonde jüngere Assistentin hat einen unverschämten Tonfall und Redeweise gegenüber Patienten und Angehörigen welche mich teils schockte (Herabschauend und garnicht Wohlkommend vorallem vor oder nach Spiegelungen finde ich respektlos) Personal größtenteils unfreundlich / nicht gut aber Ärzte gut und freundlich.

Super nettes Team. Freundlich, kompetent und immer hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur empfehlen diese Praxis. Jederzeit wieder und gern. Ärzte sind auch freundlich und erklären alles genau. Respekt! Hier bin ich nicht nur Patient sondern auch noch Mensch und keine Nummer. Danke liebes Team!

Eine Vorsorgeuntersuchung war fällig, der Termin wurde schnell vergeben, via sms und Telefon bestätigt. Der Arzt hat sich viel Zeit genommen und alles sehr genau und präzise durchgeführt , ein Blutbild wo so gut wie nichts gefehlt hat, weit über das "große Blutbild" hinaus. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung so gut bedient zu werden. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Kolonoskopie- Ultraschall - Belastungs EKG - Lungentest
